As a part of our ongoing CSR agenda, CyberSec are proud to be supporting Cyber Talent of the future. We work closely with universities, industry bodies and employers to support Graduates into first time Cyber employment.

Our CSR...
During the Covid19 pandemic the owners of CyberSec resolved to redeploy highly trained professionals who had become redundant due to pandemic downsize and restructure. Recognising the highly transferable skills of people in affected sectors such as; aviation and hospitality for example, CyberSec leadership created Miramar Connect as a not-for-profit to provide a lift to people who had valuable cross sector skills to offer. Working with Government, the CBI and other interested parties, we educated hiring managers about the importance of human core competencies (TRM) when considering how new hires could remain effective in their role, and their teams, when under pressure in highly charged dynamic environments. Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility continues as we ensure that everyone is given equal access and opportunity to roles that do good for our environment and society. We understand that climate change sits upstream of the security issues of our day including; food security, economic stability and national security, and that effective Cyber Security is integral to these core geopolitical issues.
Post pandemic, CyberSec recognise the importance of networking in opportunity and we are proud to champion, support and provide resource to the capable and motivated people who are able to protect the infrastructures that matter to us all.
We work with universities, colleges and other course providers to ensure the next generation are given exposure to the employers and organisations who seek to protect our interests.
We also provide interview training and CV coaching to graduates and undergraduates as well as creating networking opportunities that offer employment mobility.
Fundamentally, and in continuation of our pandemic work, we advocate for core human competence that promotes effective decision making, communication and team working in the high calibre people who will protect our futures.
